Q. What is your service area?
A. No matter where you are, please don't hessitate to call. But many of our clients come from the Bergen County region, including Paramus. Also we serve all of Passaic County and the surrounding region, but our service area is constantly being stretched, so call for more information.
Q: What are your studio hours
A: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday by appointment only.
Q: Who will be our Photographers?
A: It is our policy that one of the owners and their assistants will photograph your wedding. This say, we uphold the level of confidence and quality expected by our clients while allowing the studio owners to oversee the event of the day. We are not a volume studio and will only accommodate two wedding on any given day.
Q: How many proofs will we receive and how many black & whites
A: 800 to 1000 images will be taken usually we shoot 60 percent in color and 40 percent black & white, sepia tone, hand tinting and infrared are also included at no additional cost to you
Q: How far in advance to you book wedding?
A: We usually book up to two years before the wedding date.
Q: How does the payment schedule work?
A: The total cost of the package is broken down into 4 payments. The first payment is due at the signing of the contract. The second payment is do 6 months before your wedding day, the third payment is do two months before your wedding and the final is due when you pick up your proofs.
Q: How many hours do your services cover?
A: Most of our packages start 2 hours before the ceremony to the end of your familities. We will let you know the hours of your package at the booking of your wedding.
Q: Will I get to view my album design before your print and bind the albums?
A: Yes when your album design is complete you will make an appointment with the designer to view your design. You then can make any last minute changes you may wish
Q: I see that you have your own photo lab, does this mean you print our pictures?
A: Yes all of your images from your engagement shoot, your albums and enlargements are printed by Michael & Kathleen Personally.
Q: How many images are included with your packages?
A: 70 to 100 with most albums. Our elite packages offer two custom designed albums an may have up to 200 images
Q: Do you offer paper proofs with your packages?
A: Most of our clients like a DVD with a personalized website / password protected. We give you a choice paper proofs proof magazine or the website
Q: Who from the studio will photography my wedding?
A: Depending on the package you select some of our packages offer Michael or Kathleen with there own personal assistants and some offer Michael & Kathleen working as a team!
Q: How long does it take to get our proofs and albums?
A: Usually your proofs are delivered within two weeks. Now that we have our own lab it typically can take up to 8 weeks, specialty albums and covers, or any albums imported from Italy can take up to 8 months to be delivered.
